A Unique concierge is responsible for the intensive and extremely courteous care of the guests. He is discreet, attentive, and understanding. Ideally he should know the habits and preferences of the guests and respond to them individually. He is completely at the service of the guests. Service-oriented work is therefore a top priority for him.

When you travel to an unknown place and need a ride to a hotel, you usually do not know whether: the taxi you take is safe, the taximeter will not go sky-high or if you’ll be able to communicate with your driver. With us, you know all that beforehand and we are cheaper then a Taxi or the most Chauffered services. 

Our prices include all taxes, surcharges and toll roads. If you book an airport transfer, the Meet & Greet is included as standard, which means that we track your flight and wait 60 minutes after your flight has landed. If you book a ride back to the airport – or any other transfer that does not depart from an airport for example a hotel or home pick-up – the driver will wait 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. Please feel free to contact us or ask the driver for special requests such as the daily newspaper, your favorite drink or other concierge services which are from a Business class up booking included in your price.

You pay your ride when you have completed your booking online. That means that everything is confirmed and arranged in advance; so you don’t have to worry about unpleasant surprises or arranging cash. We currently accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard, as well as most major debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal. And you can also select an option to pay cash or with your card when your arrived in the car after the ride.

Our Unique-Chauffeurs Airport Meet & Greet service means that we can track your flight and automatically adjust your pick-up time if you provide your flight number when booking. Once your flight has landed, the driver will wait 60 minutes. This should be enough time to go through customs, collect your luggage and head to the arrivals hall.

Yes, you can always cancel your booking free of charge up to 60 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Check your booking confirmation for more information.

You travel just for a one day meeting ? Please feel free to ask our Chauffeurs to store your Luggage in our secure Office at Frankfurt Airport. Our Concierge service has no hidden extra costs and is for our clients included.
